MSc in Entomology

Minimum Admission Requirement
The Masters of Science program in Entomology has a minimum course work requirement of 32 credit hours and a thesis work with six credits hours and seminar with one credit hour as partial fulfillment for completing the program.

Graduation Requirement
Students must take minimum credit hours set by the university and must have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 and successfully defend their thesis. No “C” grade in any course(s) taken.

Duration of the Study
The program takes a minimum of two academic years (four semesters), which shall ordinarily be required for the completion of course work, research, thesis preparation and examinations leading to the master’s degree. However, a candidate may be allowed to continue for the third year with justifiable extension request to fully complete the program.
