The Department has fully equipped PHM laboratories with the most appropriate equipment (including Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-visible spectrophotometer, Texture analyzer, water activity meter etc.) that will be used for teaching and research.

The department (through the PHMIL project) has acquired 8 desktop computers to be used by the postgraduate students.
