Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy
Program Goal
- The goal of the programs is establish patient centered pharmaceutical care service in the health care delivery system of Ethiopia.
Graduate Profile
- Upon completion of the training, the graduates will be able to:
- Deliver pharmaceutical care (Monitor, evaluate, design, recommend and implement patient specific pharmacotherapeutic plans).
- Involve in research and academia
- Play leadership role in health care delivery system
Admission Requirements
- Hold B. Pharm + CGPA of 2.00 from a recognized College/ University.
- Registered pharmacist + two years of relevant work experience + acceptable professional conduct proven by references.
- Pass entrance examination
Assessments :Formative and summative methods:
- Different levels and types of examination
- Seminars and Projects
- Skill performance demonstrations
- Comprehensive assessments of clinical rotations
Graduation Requirements
- At least B grade in each course and Cumulative Graduate Point Average ( CGPA) of at least 3:00
- Successful defense of research thesis
