Jimma University Students Celebrated their annual day with colourful events on May 6,2012 at the main Campus. The major events include: Exhibition, games, music and circus show.

The newly built students’ lounge was inaugurated on the same day. This adds more joy to the ceremony.

Dr. Fikre Lemessa, President of JU and guest of honor of the occasion, inaugurated the students cafe and delivered a congratulations message to the gathering

The university senate members, invited guests , workers and students attended the ceremony.
